Now, Pac called him a federal informant and there has been some reports that appear to confirm that. But before Pac called him out, Haitian Jack was known as a gangster and Stick up dude that was able to offer protection to rappers in the music game. I also heard he gave them hoes. But, I heard that he still has some very strong ties to the music game to this day and still offers his services.
