“We’ve got a couple new jams we’ve recorded in the studio recently,” said Big Boi. “So, you know, look out for that new Big Boi solo record coming soon.”

Big Boi’s next album will be the follow-up to 2012’s Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. His critically acclaimed debut solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, was released in 2010.

OutKast fans will still have to wait for final word on whether the duo is planning to drop a reunion album in the near future, but producer Mr. DJ previously announced that Andre 3000 is currently recording for his forthcoming solo debut album as well.
