According to TMZ, Adams is suing Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy for allegedly breaking his nose. The suit is asking for $1 million from each for the injuries he sustained and another $500,000 each for punitive damages.

Adams claims that after attempting to take a picture with Brown, the “Fine China” performer told him “I ain’t down with that gay s***” and then attacked him.

There have been varying accounts about the incident. A secret service agent at the scene backed up Brown’s story that he never hit Adams.

A criminal case is currently pending. Brown turned down a plea deal from the prosecution in January.
