(AllHipHop News) After over a year behind bars Mendeecees Harris is currently a free man. According to a report by Democrat and Chronicle the reality television personality was released on $600,000 bail Monday.

Harris’ girlfriend and fellow Love & Hip Hop star Yandy Smith agreed to pay a $200,000 bail package, and U.S. District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. released Harris from the Yates County Jail.
Apparently a film crew from the hit VH1 program LHHNY was on hand outside the courthouse to film Harris’ release.
Authorities accuse Harris of participating in a $2.5 million heroin and cocaine drug trafficking ring between Rochester, New York and New York City. Two of his alleged co-conspirators, brother Tyrus Harris and Ronald Walker, have already pled guilty.
