D. King- “Blue Light District”

D. King releases his new soulful banger “Blue Light District”, a visceral depiction of his home of Baltimore. The song, appearing on his upcoming debut album H.I.M (History In Motion) plays on the concept of duality, even down to showing the paradoxical relationship between attracting drama to advance:

Peep the frozen wrists, but burners at the middle/no sight of tomorrow, only smile when we giggle/Only giggle when we fight/Only over small sh*t/Small sh*t escalate to large sh*t then ‘aww sh*t/The law gets involved
