With over 20 allegations of sexual assault and rape currently being made against longtime comedian and actor Bill Cosby, there is at least one case that will not be pursued by authorities after Los Angeles prosecutors have decided not to charge Cosby in the alleged molestation of Judy Huth.
According to Huth, Cosby sexually assaulted her during a visit to the Playboy mansion where she says she was told to lie about her age, (she was 15 at the time.)
According to court documents the prosecution declined to pursue the case based on the fact that “…40 years have passed since the alleged incident, prosecution … is declined due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.”
