Who would have thought that Chance The Rapper likes Ja Rule? Maybe they have the same publicist or maybe he actually likes all those hits with Ashanti and the acting roles in Fast & Furious. Either way the Chi-Town rapper who has blown up in every direction brings out the once widely famous Ja Rule. Def cool to see the new generation paying homage to the older heads. But, is Ja Rule coming back? Does he still have potential for radio hits?
