Orange Factory Music may have set a precedent. The production company worked diligently to craft several Jay Sean records has won a lawsuit against the N.O. entrepreneur. Backed by a team of legal experts they were victorious in their pursuit in obtaining $1.1 M from CMR, this according to TMZ

The presiding judge also imposed an expeditious time requirement for Baby to pay up. The businessman may even release Weezy’s  Tha Carter V. He only has three weeks to make the full payment.
