T.I., Gucci Mane, Travis Scott, Young Thug & More To Perform At 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards

EVEN MORE ACTS WILL HIT THE STAGE IN ATLANTA

(AllHipHop News) Southern Hip Hop will be well represented at Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre this weekend.

The venue is hosting the taping of the 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards, and several hometown acts will hit the stage that night.

The “King Of The South” T.I. and the “Trap God” Gucci Mane will be performing.

Fellow ATL native Young Thug and Houston’s Travis Scott have been tapped for the show as well.

Other acts scheduled to perform include Desiigner, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, 21 Savage, Dae Dae, Big Baby D.R.A.M., and Isaiah Rashad. Rap ciphers and special tributes will be part of the showcase as well.

Actors Bryshere Y. Gray (Empire) and Shameik Moore (The Get Down) will be on hand to present awards. DJ Khaled will serve as the host.

The 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards will broadcast on October 4 at 8:00 pm ET.
