Rapper and actor LL Cool J likes to listen to inspirational books on CD while he works out. The “NCIS: Los Angeles” star regularly wakes up before dawn and hits the gym, where he’ll check out the wisdom of authors like Napoleon Hill while he’s lifting weights. “I might put on, like, Napoleon Hill’s ‘Think & Grow Rich…,'” he explains. “That’s like my hobby. I like to read. I might go back and read stuff you read in high school or college for no reason, like ‘The Odyssey.'” LL went back to college and studied executive education at Harvard Business School. “I always tell my kids to go to school and actions speak louder than words,” he said during a recent appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’ U.S. TV show.
