For me it would have to be POP-UPS 

these things don't stop..I go away for an hour or two and I have 8-9 pop-ups.I remember on scary movie 2 or 3, the white girl turned on her comp and a million pop-ups came up on her screen.That shit was funny.That shit stay slowing a nigga computer down....I can't stand it!

aw man...that shit happened to me twice!! i bought phones two times, right when the razor first came out and then again when the blackjack came out, and didnt receive either one. i spent about $500 trying to get a phone online and my phone never came

so now i stay away from those sites...i just do the local thang now, craigslists is my friend

This isn't necessarily a problem with the internet but something related to  it that irks me... People who think that if you use the internet for more than 15 minutes have some sort of problem. My mom is good for this, I'm like "Mom, there's more to the internet than just checking e-mail,  limewire, and chat rooms." lol.

earlier this year i bought a phone off craigslist for $150 then broke that shit and had to pay $220 to get it fix...so yea, i've invested alot of money into cellphones...smh

i emailed eBay just about everyday for a month and not once did they respond, same goes for the person that "sold" me the phone, they just up and disappeared, fuckin bastard...i just took my lost like a woman and never went back to the site

it makes me mad when i go back and think about that shit
