I love Avant. He was one of the last real & true R&B artists. I believe him and Joe are two guys that came with real good classic R&B songs. R. Kelly is the King of R&B everyone knows that but he started getting into the phase of Im going to gimmick & rap cuz eveyone else is and use auto-tune because everyone else is phase. I believe at this moment in time R&B is dead. NOT hip hop. All these "R&B singers" are gone pop for mass appeal. Not hating because thats how you get all your money but it is what it is.

Avant is a true R&B artist. Separated, my first love, those were the joints! But i was really feeling his uncle's quote "You got what it takes to take what they got" That's some real shit right there. Can't wait for the new album.
