I’ve been running inner-city youth programs for that last 7 years and I’ve seen how the musical tastes of the kids I work with varied and expanded over the years. These kids have a much wider horizon of the music they like than many adults give them credit for and I think that’s dope because when it’s all said and done good music and good music and what you like shouldn’t have anything to do with your skin color or area code. I like his music and am going to find his mixtape right now.
