He didn't steal the beat. THey both sampled the same song. That tends to happen when using samples.

if you don't know who dame grease is...either you need to do some homework or just too young to know. this is one the most dopest producers to ever make a beat. Swizz bit his style and ran with that shit. Dame Grease did DMX's whole first album. that's enough proof within itself. He jump-started that whole ruff ryders shit and the reason they blew if you ask me. When they fell off and lost that swag, it's because Dame Walked away and Swizz' beats got stale. Real talk.
