Hip Hop Star Set to Perform Songs from Highly Anticipated New Sophomore Album, “Ultimate Victory” During AllHipHop Week, September 15th - 21st

This is a public event with free admission on a first come, first serve basis and doors will be closed at venue capacity.

(New York, NY – September 7, 2007): For the first time ever, two critically acclaimed and widely used websites, AllHipHop.com and MySpace.com, will join forces to launch a spectacular concert event with Platinum rapper Chamillionaire on September 20th. The highly anticipated performance will take place during the 4th Annual AllHipHop Week, a week long celebration of Hip-Hop arts and culture, which takes place in New York City, September 15th- 21st, 2007.    The Grammy Award winning hip hop star will perform new songs, including “Hip Hop Police” and “The Bill Collecta” from his forthcoming sophomore album, “Ultimate Victory” along with hits such as “Ridin’” and “Turn it Up” from his debut platinum, album “The Sound of Revenge.”

AllHipHop.com (AllHipHop), the top source for “all things Hip-Hop,” celebrates its 9th year anniversary as the #1 urban site and top 10 music site across the globe with over 5 million unique visitors a month. For the 4th year in a row, the site proudly presents its highly successful AllHipHop Week, perfectly themed 2007: The Rebirth of Hip-Hop Art, Culture & Entertainment. The monumental week long series of events will serve as a celebration for the spirit, music, and current rebirth era of Hip-Hop culture in its founding city.

Along with Allhiphop Week, MySpace is also celebrating its 4th year anniversary -as the top social networking site since its 2003 launch, serving as the premiere haven for over 600,000 musical artists and award winning acts who utilize the site daily to debut new music, videos, announce shows and interact with their fans. The strategic partnership between AllHipHop and MySpace was a result of both sites sharing the same common goal – the need to deliver and showcase the artists that their loyal users want to see through innovative, exciting platforms and experiences.

With Chamillionaire owning the crown as the highest selling mastertone artist in history by the RIAA as a result of over 4 million ringtones sold, along with over 10 million profile views to his Myspace which has helped him earn over 5.5 million in digital sales, Chamillionaire’s stellar accomplishments in the digital landscape establishes him as the premiere artist to take part in AllHipHop and MySpace’s exciting shared event for their online community.  Currently on a national promotional tour for his sophomore effort, “Ultimate Victory,” which will be released on September 18th (Chamillitary/Universal Motown), this concert will mark the award winning artist’s first performance of new album material for fans in New York City.

AllHipHop Presents: The Release featuring Chamillionaire brought to you by MySpace will be held at hotspot Sol, located at 609 West 29th Street between 11th & 12th Avenues on September 20th at 8pm. This is a public event with free admission on a first come, first serve basis and doors will be closed at venue capacity.
