I got so much respect for Rich Boy even more after this interview. I remember the first time I heard "Get This Paper" from him. that shit really moved me and he became one of my top rappers for speakin on shit like that. It's a shame on how the industry is. they care for club bangers and money than real shit. This world is really fucked up. But I'll give to Rich boy for stepping up and saying "fuck it" and talked on some real shit. There's more important shit to be concerned about rather than some white female going to jail.

It's the label's decision on what single is next, but I'll agree that "Let's Get This Paper" is the best on this CD.

thats the best song on the album. just like Young Buck's best song on the album is "slow ya roll," but its not as simple as "if he had any balls" ...if you know the music industry in the least, you know nothing is that simple. it might not be right, but thats the way it is nowadays. it wasnt always that way though.

i remember when i was about to buy the album the first day it came out, everyone was like "you buying another southern rapper shit....yawn yawn yawn"

now its like "hey, can i cop a copy of that rich boy?????"

I love the whole album. It's one of those albums that you can put on random select and still find a banger. The only problems I have with Rich Boy is that like a lot of people down in the south (me included partly), THEY CAN'T SPEAK CLEARLY!!! I literally go "?????" when I hear that Looka Here song.

Classic album to me. Only thing I hate about Lets Get This Paper is the soft stuff at the end. He rode that beat very well.

I always liked Rich Boy and even more so after reading a few of his interviews. The record labels are content to just throw the same shit out and aren't willing to take chances unless you have enough power to get a topical song through the machinery ad Ludacris was able to do.

Ghetto Rich and Lets get this paper are my two favourite songs on this album..i'm from canada..and a big fan of southern rap..i wasnt feelin rich boy till i heard 'bring it to tha block' and ever since i've been hooked..its foolish that the label dont want him to release 'lets get this paper'..but at the same time i dont think people are ready to accept it..those who are, deffinately will appreciated how deep the song is..especially those who can relate..he's one of my fav rappers out right now and i'm pissed that i'm gonna miss his concert here in toronto.
