I'm a HUGE Del and Hiero fan. I probably have the whole Hiero catalog. I got nothing bad to say about these dudes other than they need to open up a NYC office and really get on the east coast indy grind. ALOT of cats out here now could benefit from the business model and excel. If Wu had formed like Hiero it would have been a rap.

Del is my favorite MC of all time. To hear him say that he is tuning down the complexities is a little disappointing because that is one of my favorite things about Del. But then again, No Need For Alarm was not that complex, other than the rhyme patterns, but it was and still is extremely dope. But the new Deltron should hold me over for the next 10 years or so. And Hiero and Def Jux hooking up in any kind of manner is long overdue. And for the record, all of Cubes best work is when Del was writing for him.

I always check up on Heiro every once and a while. I haven't copped one of there LP's since Souls Of Mif's 'No Mans Land'. After that they started to go to another place to me and I was start to gravitate to the streets more some lil willie shit.

I remember getting 93 'til before going to a karate class at my cousins house and I was jumpin up and down like a fool. When Del dropped the 'No Need For Alarm' sampler I almost throw up that shit was good. Like I literally get into music that deep where it gives me crazy feeling if it's that good.

I heard a lot of people before they made it big and I knew they were going to stars. Jigga, Fugee (esp Lauren), Ras Kass, Wu-Tang, Cam'Ron, Fabulous, Jon Legend, Robin Thicke. Man the list goes on. But when I heard Heiro and saw what they where doing I was like *bing* "Hip-Hop has arrived". They could have been the ruling class in Hip-Hop. When they had people right in there grip, they went left when we thought they were going right. They had their reasons and you saw that play out in them going truely indie (keyword; truely) when cats wasn't up on that yet. Heiro is a big part of 90's Hip-Hop. Legends.

I do wanna cop those Heiro Jeans. Support black business and wear my icons. If they had that shit back in '94, it would have been on smash for real.

SMH at Cube sayin OutKast isn't Hip-Hop. He need to stop with that bullshit. I hope he wasn't sayin it in a demeaning way.
