What's good fat smashers? I'm fresh from a slight vacation. I was feeling a little burnt out lately and an opportunity presented itself so I could take a couple of days off.   I had to head up to Toronto, Canada to DJ for the Raptors' Chris Bosh's birthday party.

Now, Toronto is like a second home to me. I have many friends up there.... Shoutout to Kardinal Offishall, Solitare, T-Rexx, Lo, DJ Starting From Scratch, everyone from Flow 93.5, Future the Prince, Hadi, Mona from Lady Luck… and so many more.

I haven't seen a lot of these people in a long time so of course they all wanna go out and eat... (DANGER!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! DANGER!!!)

The whole point of vacation is to relax and get away from the everyday stress, and nothing is more relaxing than a meal with fam… so one day I hit breakfast at Coras, a pretty hot breakfast spot in downtown Toronto by the Roger's Arena.

I had the waffles with the bananas, chocolate sauce, and custard (delicious), the home fries and a large orange juice, some toast (not wheat) - and I might have grabbed some food from some other peoples’ plates...

After that, there was no going back.  I was on a downward spiral, I was out of control. Eating bad every meal - just disrespecting my body, drinking root beer, eating all fried foods and ordering desserts.

I went to the hotel gym one day... I ran on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and did a couple different exercises on the universal, but come on... that is not gonna cancel out what I did.

The funny thing about it is, when I slip, I definitely feel it afterwards. I feel heavy and sick and too full, but I keep doing it.  Now of course I use the excuse of "I'm on the road" and "I'm on vacation" - but you know and I know and we know and they know... that that's some bullsh*t.

I had to go back to the good book [Fat Smash Diet] and take it back to the top.

As y'all read this, I'm re-starting my detox. This is where most people give up and just say f**k it. But I'm gonna stick to it..... I start fresh in the morning so hold me down.  I lost 20 pounds already, and I'm gonna lose 15 more. I'm gonna start fitting into that classic polo gear once again.

Yeah I slipped, but I'm gonna get back up.

Catch you next time, as we proceed.

By the way your journey inspired me to start doing my own thing ...I actually started doing the fat smash thing but that detox shit was too much for me. So I'm basically starting from the second phase...its been like 2 weeks and I'm going strong. Still participating in the piff though can't stop that

I think that it is commendable that you have decided to continue even after you have faltered.  A winner isn't only defined by his wins but what he does after his loss be it perceived or actual.  I have also been off the wagon in health wise but finally have made a geniune commitment to it and feel great.  Only two weeks in and have lost 6 lbs.  I am just eating more fruit and veggies, lots of water and grains.  35 min walk every other day.  keep at it because you also inspire me.  I love that Hip hop is taking notice of our health.  Love it papi

Whats up Cipha?  Keep it up.  We all enjoy eating and drinking but the working out is hard.  You didnt gain it in a few days so you arent going to lose it in a few days.   I have been doing an hour of cardio 5 days a week for the last 6 weeks, light lifting, push ups, dips, eased up on that drinking.    Its hard.  Some days I dont want to hit the gym but I push it anyway.  Summer is coming fast.
