Man get outta' here. Fre$h 2 Def...N.W.A. are originators. THAT'S why they can never be called wack even if they were talkin' about drugs, money, and guns. They were the 1st to do it at a time when it was extremely unfavorable to rhyme like that. Their albums stand up to any niggaz album today too, regardless of the era. They're legends. And the only reason the south is played on every hip-hop station from here to England is because there are so many southern niggaz trying to rap and start labels that they ended up flooding the market with material that sounds exactly the same as the rest of the south. That's why people are worried that hip-hop is dying, because yes the south is dominating the scene, but that type of domination isn't always good for the culture.  It doesn't take SKILLS to do and say what everybody else is doing and there are way too many cats in the south just mimicking what they've seen other southern rappers do before them and they suck at it.

Like I said, there are some southern originators and I give them their props. It's the D4L's, Franchise Boys, Webbies, and Crime Mobb's that are stinkin' shit up. It ain't about hatin' on the south, it's hatin' on all the garbage niggaz with no skills that just want to rap to make some money and ain't even got no talent but got enough drug money backin' them so they can come out and flood the market with bullshit. When you get that much bullshit rap, it's hard to get more of the good stuff.
