Lil Troy may not have put an album out in a hot min but he still holds rank down in the houston streets( DEAD END, 3ward, Southside of Houston TX). I think this situation with Pimp C and Lil Troy branches out from the incident with Scarface and Lil Troy that had nothing to do with Pimp C. Its been documented in a federal court of law that Brad Jordan aka Scarface was a federal informant during a drug case against an close associate of Lil Troy. Which later brought uneeded attention to Lil Troy, which eventually lead to the inprisonment of Lil Troy on another separate case. Now im from THE BAY but i live in Houston. I work at a CVS Pharmacy in the "Hiram Clark" hood which is 5 min away from "The DEAD END". I see Lil Troy all the time by himself on some new shit, on rims, when he stops through the Pharmacy  to check on his wife, yeah, she work there too as a Sr. pharmacy tech  he never has a crew with him. I asked a local  how does he get to ride solo on some new and expensive shit and not worry about jump out boyz, and he said  because "they know not to fuck wit Troy, that nigga still got power and respect in the hood. That nigga always in the hood, everybody know that". Now I dont know if Scarface is able to go back to the hood he claims which is "The Bloody Nickle" 5ward, Northside of Houston Tx) or not,  but I do know he's from the 5ward. He grew up under Lil Troy in the DEAD END. while Lil Troy was a major dealer on the streets Scarface was a kid in Lil Troy's mamma's t house doing homework and writing raps. Yes, Scarface is not what everybody thought he was, he never touched dope yet alone sold it. The only thing gangsta about Scarface were his raps and his boss J.Prince that equips him with a huge entourage. Now when it comes to J.Prince thats another issue, because he damn near runs Houston. Hell, P. Diddy found that out the hard way on Houston's hip hop station 97.9 the BOX where his was a guest for the day promoting his Celebrity Allstar Basketball game for the upcoming weekend.  P.Diddy messed around and said" I run this city". soon after that comment J.Prince demanded that he be allowed on air and said in a more explicit way that " Diddy doesn't run nothing in Houston, and that he runs the city of Houston". But I dont think this situation is going to expand any further because nobody wants to bump heads with Lil Troy and noody wants to see J. Prince ( who's one of the only few individuals that could realisticly bump heads with Lil Troy) bump heads with Lil Troy neither. But you never know, anything can happen when niggas are involved.
