It was a tight song, but I can't even say he was going at snoop.  For one, when someone is going at another, they use their name.  Snoop and Dre called out Easy, Luke and all of New York, Kurupt called out DMX.  Pac called out Biggie, Jay-z called out mob Deep, and Nas.  Canibus called out LL Cool J.  Game called out the whole G-unit.  Real niggas who want to battle say the person's name.  Subliminal jabs is for suckas...  So I don't think that he was going at snoop, because Crooked is a real dude, and if he wanted to battle someone, he would call out their name.

Game got murked by Yukmouth, Bleek, and Budden but Game ended up using those battles to sell 660,000 in his first week.  So the bigger question is if two rappers beef whats the tell all of who wins is it the diss tracks themself or who has success after the dissing starts.  I say it should be the diss track solely.  Say someone of average skill we will say Qtip goes against a power house like Jay Z.  Qtip makes a battle song that disses J and J makes a reply.  If Qtip's diss song is better lyrically even though J is a better Rapper Qtip should win the battle at least thats what I say.  The warriors beat the Mavricks last year in the playoffs despite being an inferiror team they just won that series.  That is how is should be in hip hop.  Not who talks the best not who photoshops the best not who sells more records but who "writes" the best diss track.  The beat shouldnt even matter only the lyrics.  I would really like to see everyones thoughts on this

1st off this beef shit between Crooked I and Snoop stems from them being on Death Row together. When Snoop and everybody else was bouncing they were trying to get everybody else to bounce because they felt they should've already seen enough bullshit go down with niggas getting fucked over. Just like Snoop and Daz was into shit with Kurupt because he ended up fucking with Death Row again. Shit was simple as that. And because he was riding with Suge he had to go at niggas because that's what Suge wanted niggas to do. And it created consequences after they stopped fucking with Suge. Which is why Crooked I has had so much fucking trouble getting his shit out there. All them bullshit ass contracts he signed while on Death Row. I fucks with Crooked I a little bit, and yeah he's fire, but don't nobody give a fuck about your music if it stays underground and never hits the mass public. And on top of that, Snoop put LBC on the map. Wasn't nobody hollering that shit until he started popping off.
