Devin the Dude go hard...he surprises me from time to time on tracks.  I don't like this song that much but Slim Thugg does have a song called "Keep it Playa."  I think it might have been on here a few weeks ago.  Its a good track.  This one is decent but after hearing that, it kinda puts this one to shame.

IMHO, i think slim came week on the lyrical game on this one...but more so the beat, and production was not there....thing is his type of voice needs a type of "swaggerisk" slow "filling" beat, meaning that the beats need o be worked around his style...like the hits he made back in the day...i appreciate a newer direction from him, but why fix something thats not broken?

I didnt really like Slim Thug mch in the beggining, but he has proved me wrong with his consistency, and he just keeps on delivering.  Devin IS THAT DUDE.  I been a fan of him since his 1st solo album...  After I started researching Devin I learned about the Coughee Bros. and all that shit... I've stayed loyal to Devin and purchased every single solo album he's dropped, from start to finish... only one I didnt get was his recently released "Greatest Hits" or "smoked Out Hits" album, simply cause I already got all them tracks...  Im not really a fan of the labels trying to rape the consumer even more by trying to profit off of already released material...  I mean it's cool to have in the end, for your collection, just to add it up on the mantle with everything else, but as for now... nah.  DONT SLEEP ON DEVIN
