Take young Black boys around 3rd grade and mislabel their energy as a 'behaviorial problem' and ship them off to Special Ed. where they are warehoused, not educated and since labeled as 'BAD', act out. This leads to truancy, disrespect and violence which then makes them a target of the public school systems 'ADMINISTRATION' which can't wait to suspend, expel, or otherwise banish these boys out of the school system and out of their hair. That leads to crime which leads to being put in the 'SYSTEM' either thru 'Human Services' or the POLICE.

The IPC creates an environment which ensures that a high number will be incarcerated (Read: Indoctrinated) into the IPC's twisted culture all the while stripping felons of the right to vote, removing the Father/Father Figure from the home, and destroying the Black/Brown/Poor Family structure.

It's all a part of the scheme to remove Black and Brown men from their families and communities and put them into 'legalized slavery'. This system is funded by the GOVERNMENT and subsists off of the poor and disenfranchised. As long as Black babies are produced in poverty, the system will have a never ending supply of 'slaves'.
