Ill definitley be rooting for a good album but the last few he's put out have like 2-3 good tracks out of 17. He got hooks when he does it right, but sometimes his voice and how he sings can be repteitive. Ill defitinely be looking for it though strictly cause of the feature; Daz & Kurupt are legends and I will pretty much support anything they're on.

additional hip hop history-he is the cousin of above the law's cold 187.his 1st solo offering was entitled,"who am i-addicted to hip hop muzik".his 2nd,called "funk upon a rhyme",which to me is a classic & his best work, both produced by cold 187.incidentally,this offering included a track @ the end called "don't bite the funk",where cold 187 & kokane go @ dr. dre, snoop & the dogg pound.[ironically,it is a little known fact that cold 187 was the 1st to try & get a deal for snoop dogg]..know your history.

I like the joint " Stacey Adams" on  Snoop's "Last Meal" and when Snoop re-did "Paid In Full" he had a cool hook. True, no Nate Dogg but why would he wannabe a copycat?

Garbage is that dude Danny Boy.

above the law is my all time favorite rap group, just off of Living Like Hustlers. Classic Dre, NWA and EAZY along with NWA flows. Tight. And ATL got live during the NWA/Eazy E beef. I remember reading about them turning over tables and turning joints out LOL.

"THE WHOLE..WORLD..WIDE"...hahahah only real fans know what I am talking about with that quote

I bumped that Living Like Hustlers album majorly back in the day.  The whole world wide was a scratch on that song "Ballin"  Warren G later used it on his "Regulate...G Funk Era" album.

I'm not that surprised that niggas is hatin on Kokane like he ain't a West Coast Legend.  It ain't about album sells or a fuccin popularity contest, it's about good music.  Young people need to do their homework before they drop a comment on a hiphop site.  Google can't help you with this rap shit.  If you don't know you just won't know.  West Coast all day!
