T-pain's known internationaly that's why he has a 5 miilion dollar lawsuit against him for not showing for a concert in Africa.

Well i assume he is pressing legal action because he is no longer able to use the song. Whether the group sold a lot of records or not, if they bit his song then his product is no longer viable in the market.

What i mean by that is, lets say Biggie didnt write "one more chance" and some dude released it now...it has totally lost all marketablity. Now that song is very popular...unlike "table dance" but that is the example i am using...lol.


Its really hard to put a price on a song. I just hate the fact that whenever someone files suit for cases like these, all the commenters jump on the defendent like they did something wrong. I assume most of you are not artist. Alot of hard work and money can go into the construction of a record and then for someone to steal it from you and profit off of it is just wrong.

Umm I hate to tell you but if dude is doing shows outside of north america and people are showing up...he is international even if you don't view him that way.  First you say "internationaly known" now you're saying "chart toping hits internationaly in a bunch of different cities" make up your mind...Sorry homie but dude is internationaly known he's selling shows and making money in other countries.  A lot of rappers that we think suck here still have a following overseas.
