You can't say Houston run Texas, i feel like Texas is a 3 city Monster. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio all got things going on. Houston is the Biggest of the 3, so they might got a little more going on,  but Dallas got alot going on too. San Antonio, is mostly Mexicans in that city, so i don't know what they got going on.
