I can't believe so many people don't seem to care that this is a FAMILY event. While I agree, that Mickey D's should have known the type of performer they were dealing with before this started, I can't ignore the fact, that you can't play any of today's hip hop in public places with children present, because of the language. There are a host of other rappers who could have done clean versions to songs that could have been ok for children.The point is McDonalds was well aware of the content BEFORE they decided to ban him and say some shit like he uses derogatory language. I think the few ignorant individuals saying McDonald's is justified in their acts are forgetting that last year McDonald's used the instrumental from "Move Around", produced by Kanye West and performed by Bump J, the gulliest Chicago rapper, in a shit load of commercials. They used this track to appeal to the 'hood', their main demographic. Niggaz keep McDonald's rich, not families. It used to be families in the late 80's-early 90's. Now it's just plain old niggaz. I live in Chicago and we got a gang of 24 hour McDonald's so after we leave the club or if we're tired from a drive-by we can get a #1 super-sized wit a coke, light ice.
