I cosign with the school system part. When I was a high school junior, my Algerbra teacher missed the entire first week of school and a sub took his place. For 3 marking periods, all he did was tell us to do the questions that were in our textbooks. In the fourth marking period, he said that he was getting transferred to another school. For the rest of the year, he only came to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and never taught us anything.

Once, he actually sat at a student desk and fell asleep against the wall. His assistant didn't say or do anything, but she laughed a little. Sometimes, he'd bring his lunch into class and eat it at his desk, before or after he gave us the book pages. Since he was barely around for the 4th mp, he gave us the answers during our final exam.

I've yet to meet a substitute teacher who was willing to teach the class. They just sit at a desk and do nothing. Some of the subs I had even told us that he/she doesn't know much about the subject. That's crazy how people blame hip-hop for the dropout rate.

WOW!! I just don't understand, how my black people can say this is a conspiracy on US. Why do my black people get caught up, and then say the white man is pickin' on them. Why the hell did DMX have all those dogs in the first place, and why wasn't he making sure the dogs were being cared for, if he loved them so much? Since the MV case, everyone who owns a pitbull, should be making sure they are doing the right thing by these animals. DMX should have known better. I'm sick of standing up for my brothers who are DEAD WRONG in their actions. I am tired of making excuses for these kats who just dont's seem to care about anything, until they get caught. But what's even worse is reading all this hate and anger towards each other over opinions..... this is MY opinion, in Detroit, black people get killed everyday, and no one cares, not even the black people, cuz these brothers are killing each other like they get paid for it.... it's no wonder, that our black youth respect NOTHING, that's why they can kill each other so easily, so to hear about a dog, cat or any animal being killed or shot means nothing to us, and that's sad. Now everybody wants to say that there are more things important, and they are right... we have so much more we need to focus our energy on, but lets face it..... we won't do it. Every dog story is going to be in the news now, and if DMX didn't handle his business, then he deserves what happened. I'm tired of brothers doing dumb shit, and then blame the white man, or the feds..... if DMX didn't have those dogs, then he wouldn't have a problem.... right? Wrong!!! This brother have been in and out of trouble for the last 5 years, but now he's being picked on by the feds???? Please, it's no wonder black people are so far behind... we hate anything that trys to show some positivity, but will make 100 excuses for DMX and Mike Vick????? See the problem is ni99az that choose to listen to everything the media tell them and judging other people before the evidence is presented..Stop jumping on these mufuckas bandwagon and know the facts about something like I said before you open your mouth..I don't give a fuck how much DMX been in trouble..I've seen plenty of white people who dogs look like they were a couple meals away from starving..It's not my business to call the police on them regarding that..If it were their kids it would've been a different story..Listen to what you are saying if we are put in a position where we need to worry about our own safety on a daily basis why would we take time out to worry about some mufuckin dogs...All them women and men getting killed in Afghanistan and Iraq should be the biggest topic of discussion in this country until they make it back home...Look at the kind of issues that have stayed in the news since we've found out how fraud this war is..Steroids and mufuckin dogs..Neither one of them will affect my way of living but the things that will aren't things that our government want to deal with..Sit down and think before you open your mouth..Congress is worried about who betting on games, steroids and dogs while ni99az are getting killed everyday in the streetz and over there fighting this pointless ass war..Y'all ni99az need to get a life and try to find some bigger and more important issues to be worried about..
