eh mtv plays more reality and game shows then music. they have 2 channels. why not have one with all that game show crap on there and the other be nothing but music videos? mtv has been on the downfall. BET is the same also. i rarely watch tv anymore. i should just buy boxsets of my favorite old shows.

That proves that MTV is becoming more and more irrelevant with each passing year.

It's all about what sells. That what an ad is....its to promote a product to SELL. Everyone knows sex sells. As far as MTV considering to not run the ad without the changes, on one side you have to understand that their obligation is to not offend their viewers because their viewers are who go buy the products of those comanies that advertise on MTV. So without viewers, MTV would get less ad requests...leaving less revenue. HOWEVER, on the other hand...mtv does have an online outlet. Why can't they use that outlet to let the advertisement run. At least then it could be control a little better by the viewer. But hey that's my 2 cents.
