"Phife Dawg is among a large group of African Americans who live with diabetes. According to statistics, African Americans are disproportionately affected by diabetes compared to the general population as 3.2 million or 13.3 percent of all African Americans aged 20 years or older have the condition.Additionally, African Americans are 1.8 times more likely to have diabetes as non Hispanic whites. Twenty-five percent of African Americans between the ages of 65 and 74 have the condition, while one in four African American women over the age of 55 has diabetes."

White women are more likely to give birth to a premature baby then African American women.

African American are never taking too much care
about health. All those cool aid flavours, energy
drinks and other candy stuff which are common in
our daily food are the ones that can lead towards
diabetes easily. All kinds of sugars and
carbohydrates are not good for the body if taken
too plenty. Genetically we have the stronger
bodies than white ppl, but that makes us more
tempted not to ignore the warning signals our
body sends us.

African Americans and Hispanics are predisposed to Hypertension and Diabetes. Despite our best efforts, some of us can will never be able to avoid it. What we can do is take care of our "temples" so that when these issues arise we will be able to handle them. The first step is to go to a REA LICENSED PHYSICIAN for a physical to see where we stand health wise.

black's are more receptive to diabetes cause we have high level's of salt in our bodies. the black's you see today desend from african's that survived the middle passage because they could take the sea water many that died couldn't so the same thing that saved us in killing us. stop eating the pork and drinking the soda and fried food's. the main culprit is the sweet's. in europe a certain group of people were banned from countries i won't say who cause guy's be saying dumb shit when you speak fact. cause they were getting the population addicted to sugar and people were getting sick. read more than just american history.
