I never liked when a Hip Hop label says they don't know how to market a Hip Hop artist. That doesn't make any sense to me. This happened with WC and Warren G when they was down with Def Jam and even then I found that argument DUMB AS FUCK!! You don't need a market plan for certain artists -not all are gimmick ridden. Let the artist hit the booth, lace the tracks, put a good 15-20 together and put it out there for the wolves to eat up. Simple as That!! It appears to the commercial audience (white mainstream and their Black counterparts). Hip Hop is more alive than ever. They didnt like the grungy days of hip hop, they like the bubble gum stuff.

To the undergorund (most blacks in the hood and their white sympathizers), hip hop aint dead but its dying. And thats cause hip hop forgeting where it came from.
