It is difficult to get an exact examination of these informants backgrounds if they are working for agencies like the C.I.A. or the FBI because when you do the deep background check you have to get it from the C.I.A. and the FBI. So if they want to make someone look clean that is not clean they can do with the stroke of the keyboard. It is scary how people either exist or don't exist based on a record stored in a computer system. They can change your entire identity and not even someone that knows you can dispute it.
