I think people don't understand that you can eat healthy on a budget too, but you won't be eating as much as the super-size menu at McDonalds or where-ever. But even if it is less it is still healthier than what you get there. If people would stop buying soda for instance, they would live a lot healthier, soda is pure evil in my opinion especially how they market it to children when it actually hurts the growth of their bones. Every once in a while it's cool to drink it but we got children drinking it every day. If we just stop wasting money on soda think about how much that alone would help fight obesity and diabetes in kids and in adults. It doesn't require any money to NOT buy something, so that's just a little food for thought no pun intended

this bullshit ass soda. And kids like 2 drink
all kinds of those. If this doesn't make you fat
you'll get stuff like diabetes or worse. Pepsi
or Coke contains too large amounts of crystaline
sugar. Much more the body can handle. and many
kids drink multiple bottles a day.
