It's not like that dude has made any new music. The unreleased music from Tupac definitely exists. He recorded it all over a short period of time. Most of it was released on all those Makaveli bootlegs. They cannot be officially released because the current litigation ongoing about his estate. <br> <br>It is still owned by Death Row/Interscope. They own the rights to more than 70% of Pac's publishing. Afeni is going to have a hard time getting full rights on those tracks because he was of sound mind and body(legally speaking) when he signed those contracts. <br> <br>Tupac was very intelligent but he was signed to some shitty contracts. He put too much trust in the people around him. That explains why he shot up twice. Now the last deal with Death Row was under duress but not of the psychologically insane type.
