I saw nelly a couple of weeks ago at a local casino (he plays poker there probably once a week). Well somebody asked him when he was coming out with another album. He said he ain't putting shit out until Universal pays him some back royalties they owe him. He says Universal is itching for him to put another album out, but he said he on some, "Fuck you, PAY ME!!" type shit. He said "I don't ever have to put out another album - EVER, so I ain't until they pay me every damned dime with they wanna-be-slick asses! A motherfucking BILLION dollar company and yall trying to skim a couple mill off me? Naw nigga, that's my grandkids money you fucking with now. So when yall break bread, yall get another album."

Where is Maryland Heights? I was in da Lou 3 summers ago for the Cards-Cubs weekend, HUGE Cards fan, and we stayed downtown and walked all around the place. Stayed at the one hotel across the street thats two buildings, and the top floor of the higher building rotates.
Just wondering if I've ever been to MH.
And no duh its being redeveloped, ALL of downtown was at the time.

Maryland Heights is in the 270/70 area like FlawdasFinest said. I actually live in MH and believe me, there is PLENTY of space for development. It will probably be off the MH expressway in the area of Creve Coeur Lake and the Page extension Thats all MH. There is alot of undeveloped land out there and alot of 30+ acre plots of land for sale.
