Curtis is a great business man because this is all hype. He knows how to make the sheep flock, and he has the masters of the Gangster Rap industry in Dre and Jimmy Iovine. But where did this image Curtis is projecting come from? It came from Tupac Shakur. Pac created that bullet hole thug image. It didn't exist in Gangster Rap before him.

Before Pac the major gangster rappers were synthetic. None of them had any major violence associated with them outside of rap. Pac shot those undercover cops trying to help some brothers out, beat it, rapped about it, major publicity. When Pac got shot, and wheeled himself out that hospital, it became vogue after that for every rapper to try and have some drama associated with them outside of rap.

Pac didn't turn it into a gimmick right away because he was playing out his life. In other words, him getting shot, and releasing Me Against the World was happening in real time, in real life, he wrote it as it was happening. When he got to Death Row it started becoming a gimmick. He was too real, didn't have 100 bodyguards when he probably should have. Belligerent interviews and sound bites that was all 2 Pac. Jimmy Iovine had 2 Pac on that label before there was 50 Cent so he saw the future. Pac got cut short though.

Pac was socially conscious as an artist. You never got anything synthetic from Pac. He could cry on Shed So Many Tears, and come back hard on Outlawz. Whereas Curtis doesn't care about any social issues outside his immediate finances and when he tries to sound sincere it's not there. Curtis is plastic, you know everything he does is to guard his image. He is smarter because he can learn from Pac's mistakes, which he has. Not really cold blooded because he relies on his image too much.

Curtis is completely without a code, Pac had a code. I just don't respect men without a code. Curtis lives his life through his public persona, as a man he's as plastic as they come. Jimmy and Dre perfected the image with Curtis, but the dude lacks the heart of Pac. But the sheep don't want the real, they want what looks real. I know today a lot of people never seen Pac perform live, I did have that opportunity, and if you did you would know what I mean.

I've seen Curtis perform too, not even close. Rap fans are like Oprah fans nowadays though, lifestyle buffs, if Curtis gets a new tat they will release a press statement, and the sheep will talk about how gangster it is. lmao Let me stop here I know the Curtis defenders will be sending the half ass subliminals at me. STOP THE HATE!!! LMAO Nobody analyzes Hip Hop on AllHipHop.com anymore. lmao
