My dude diddy would do a horrible job at running Def Jam. Dont get me wrong Diddy is a hell of a business man, but I dont think he would do any justice with Def Jam. For one Def Jam is considered a Hip-hop label. Diddy has turned into and R&B nigga since BiG died. No rapper has blew from his label since. Usually rappers on Bad Boy put out one CD and you never hear from them again. Im surprised Joc was able to release two albums. But Joc is still not consider a Hot rapper, atleast not in my book. Look at Black Rob, look at loon, look at the band, where these niggas at? My point is i just dont think diddy would make a good president at a Hip-Hop label. peace!

I dig what you sayin my dude but you have to admit two things... Diddy got the swagger that people relate to and Black Rob's CD was some good shit! It's true he hasn't had a real artist since BIG and it does seem like everybody that gets on with him end up on drugs or in jail or worst (RIP BIG).

But Def Jam hasn't been shit since Russell threw in the towel - if not Diddy then definitely they should go with Dame-Dash.
