This looks like a technicality. If you know anything about Harry-O and them cats that were running with him all that money was dirty money. They was saying on that documentary that Harry-O helped to bankroll one of Denzel's early shows on Broadway, I don't know how true it is, but Harry-O was in the picture with a young Denzel.

So she probably didn't list Deathrow because they didn't figure out how to actually sue Deathrow for money that may have been obtained illegally. Once they worked that strategy out she then included Deathrow in a separate lawsuit.

It's going to be up to the judge if he decides to overturn the ruling, but the case wasn't that she was "lying" outright, it's just you can't invest 2 mill drug money and sue somebody for it. You have to find a way to wash it and say it came from legitimate sources.
