If any of you have a good friend or family member in jail ask the judge to let them out because they have a medical condition. Speacialy if there locked up in NY state. This chick had more chances than anybody. I know a nigga that was violated because he left the city to go to his mother's funeral. As soon as he got back his PO threw his ass in jail. He was only on probation for a DUI. that was his first violation as well. Do yall think thats fair?? That nigga worked and everything. What has Foxy contributed where yall who say free Foxy want her released so bad? She only have 3months left. Any jail time is to long but she will be out before you know it. I spent 3 years in prison. I am all for someone getting out early (except pedophiles and rapists) My point is, sometimes the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Sometimes we get locked up when there are other alternatives that could better rehabilitate or reshape us than throwin us in jail like animals.

All that cat who went to his moms funeral had to do was request a travel permit and they wouldn't have violated his ass. If you put your head on the choppin block, best believe it's getting chopped. There are no excuses.

She should have thought about all of that before doing what she did. People need to take responsibility for their actions, instead of blaming it on either how "high", drunk, or ignorant they were at the time.

All of what you said should have ran through her mind before she thought about doing what she did. I'm sure she knows people that has been locked up, I mean c'mon, everyone knows the stories, jail isn't some away vacation trip. It's bad enough that the people in there create their own chaos and rules as it is. The only thing the system can do is add more time to whatever time you're serving for whatever crime you commit in there and that's nothing to people who are conditioned to doing mad time.

She gets what she deserves with all honesty because there are lots of innocent people locked up right now due to mistaken identity etc..

I don't wish anyone jail time, but on the other hand I think people don't realize how much slack she got. I know what probation is, and I wasnt lucky to get a decent PO, mines had a fuckin attitude. She voilated her probation a couple of times and was let off but she kept doing shit until they sent her in there. She didnt do ONE thing she did a multiple of voilations. None of us would be that lucky.
