Yea...well the Game Copped a Plea Deal meaning that he will get a lesser charge, hence the 2 months. Wayne plead not guilty which means if he's convicted he's not going to get something nice like the game got.
Also, the game's case was just brandishing a weapon, it was in a shcool ground which was bad. But nothing compared to what wayne is going up against. Attmpt to distribute is hard to beat when u got 41 grams of X and 20k cash. With a gun...he maybe be registered for it but when ur on probabtion i'm pretty sure u cant carry a gun..not sure tho..

i dont want to see any young man go to jail...but pleaded not guilty might not have been the best route here.

smh at him starting a charity only b/c of the events he's going through

By Lil Wayne pleading not guilty tempts me to open my nose in an attempt to smell a rat or at least a plea bargain with authorities behind closed doors. It was a good idea for him to start his foundation - it'll help his case if there isn't any funny business going down. It's a tough situation bc of how the blatant racist laws are set up, where you get a weekend in county jail for a DUI, and maybe 2 months for killing someone with a DWI, but you get a 5-15 for possession of "dangerous narcotics" hopefully the homie will beat the system.

I just laugh at all these rappers whether they are my favorite rappers or not....you would figure that they would grow up after "making it out the hood" but some are too dumb...maybe they should study criminology before heading out the door...

I understand that he is going up against a lot of charges but all these artists get little time...Its hard to actually think that they are going to go away for a period of time...

Lil' Wayne would have been in a better position if he pleaded guilty....he may be looking at a very long time...

i think the reason he pled not guilty instead of taking a deal is because he wants to beat the distribution charges. i know people have said if you have a certain amount of X than you automatically get charged for intent to sell, but could maybe get out of that part and just get the possession charges (if he can't beat them). you really think he was selling that shit? come on now, have some sense.
