Look, expired tags are a simple offense. Your uncle probably accidently has expired tags. Most people don't know if their tags are expired because they don't think of it. Parking tickets are usually issued for expired tags. Keep it moving.

A rapper that drives himself from ATL to NO is not poor. Don't you know that some people are SCARED to fly??? I guess John Madden is broke too because he has someone drives him to all his football broadcasts.

And why is it that everytime something happens in rap there are posters who scream "why doesn't _____ have people to handle stuff for him???" THEY DO! Secretaries and personal assistants!
