You have to sue for more than the actual profit she would have made from the show. She promoted two concerts that never happened so this will hurt any of her future promotions so she can sue for punitive damages as well. Im not saying a mill but if they truly stood her up and had an agreement (an oral agreement is legally binding) this could cost Webbie a pretty penny.
