i'm watching this tonight because if u've seen the original with Sydney Poitier (hope I spelled that right) then u hope that puff could make it as believable as the first. But then again they have Philicia Rashaad as the mother, so this should definitely be good.
I wish I saw the play that Pac acted in.

I haven't been able to trust puffs acting since he was in the sequel to carlitos way. puff isn't all to blame there shouldn't have never been another carlitos way.

This will be interesting. A lot of people also seem to forget that Danny Glover did a strong performance of the same character in a stage revival in the late 80s/early 90s. If combs can do half as well as Poitier and Glover did, he will be good.

I'll definately be watching this tonight. No way Puff comes close to Sidney Poitier's performance though. I still get goosebumps about the legend's portrayal of the strong black man that won't take no shit from nobody. Diddy may run the city, but he's no Mr. Tibbs!! lol
