After "Man" should be a comma (","). "need" should be spelled needs. "HIRE" is the word I believe you were looking for, not higher (unless you were "higher" at the time of writing). "Staff" is not proper, therefore it needs no capitalization. "Because" is only spelled with one (1) "c". & finally, "Ain't (even though technically a colloquialism with no roots in proper English) is spelled with an "I". (This is just spelling & capitalization: let's not start with your actual grammar.)

Here is what I believe to be the grammatically correct version of your unsolicited application to allhiphop.com's editorial department:

Judging by the dollar amount, they ain't just gonna walk up to Judge Joe Brown now, lol. And we don't know, they could have been in negotiations for all this time, and never came to an agreement. Or had to get their stuff straight to make sure they have a credible case to present. Just sharing some reason why it seems so long.
