Karl Kani used to be that shit. I had a couple Kani shoes back in middle school and the shirts were a beast. It kind of fell off with the FuBu clothing line.
Everybody wanted Polos and Tommy and Googi and all that other shit. Which helped the falling off of true pioneer clothing lines.

Of course I went with the mainstream and started rockin' RocaWear and other shit like that.

Thats a good look for him

Much respect to Karl Kani. Though I never really shop at Sak's unless I'm with my girl, I may check it out the next time I'm near one. This is the exact reason Sak's teamed up with Kani...to bring in people like myself who never shop there.

Kani is the god of urban fashion. I wouldn't be having my job, if I didn't buy my first Kani Jeans' in 92". He pushed the door open for the streets to enter the fashion world. I think today we almost forget where all our fashion labels are coming from,cause we are too much used to it and take thinks for granted.
I'm really looking forward to seeing his new stuff. He always had
the right eye for style before.
