Hell yea, she doin' some time...when ya lawyer is saying that shit was "accidental" it's a wrap. The lawyer is just trying to negotiate the least time as possible and get the charges reduced from attempted murder possibly to aggravated manslaughter..maybe..along with other minor charges if she's convicted on that..because both charges go before a jury, and that means she gon' do some time regardless.

The Joseph broad took the money, no doubt. That testifying shit though, wow... If Remy was going to do a year, I could see a broad testifying against another broad. But when it's 25 to life... You gotta have your lawyers contact hers and just try to reason a settlement out of the situation. It was Remy's fault. She could have just took the damn purse. Why didn't she do that? Remy has been on this road for the last few years so she is going to sleep in the bed she made but Joseph could have spared her. Wow. Remy is going away for atleast 15 years IF LUCKY. As for the settlement? It's easier to prove a civil case, and less money to do so, when the defendent has alreadt been convicted in a criminal trial for the same thing. There is nothing to prove. The question of if the person did it or not is established and all that needs to be established is the amount of pain and suffering the victim had to endure. Near life threatening? Probably lifetime medical costs plus compensation for the assault... $3 - 10 million...

Remy is over, and it's a fact... Very sad, but there is nothing she is going to do to get out of this one.
