Thus he can still tour and bring on new acts, he don' t have to perform if he don't want to. From a business stand point..it's great for Jay but live nation you really f#@$%! up...I bet every executive in the music business is laughing there azz of right now like...yoooo they really goin give him that much paper hahahahaha better them then us..lol. If Jay had got this deal around "Hard Knock life" it would be sweet for both business partners. Because the Hard knock life tour and album was great along with all the other album Jay dropped behind it. I kindly disagree! Jay-Z is all about innovation. What's wrong with becoming the first 50 or 60 year old emcee and still able to get that respect from these young cats? In every other genre, there is no age barrier. Think Eric Clapton, U2, Madonna, Ron Isley, etc... I like the idea of Jay-Z getting older and still recording and performing. It proves that in hip hop, you don't have die, get killed, or retire by the time you're thirty in order to be a legend or get respect.
