once again... Plies is NOT from South Florida

And the reason the suit is for such a high amount is to have a starting ground for an appropriate settlement. There are 3 different Plaintiffs, why would they just file suit for 1 million? It's probably gone settle before trial (that would be the smart move), and after legal fees, costs and the split, why would they put some low ass amount? Attorneys figure start high to reach a reasonable middle ground
