this is the one year i think my vote will even mean something significant.

Don't shun the entertainer endorsement aspect of things, because it has proven successful with younger voters(see Vote or Die campaign) so thats just the cream on top of the cake. But walking advertisements aside, Ya'll brothers and sisters out there in PA, Philly in particular need to really go out there in significant numbers and cast a vote. Trust me, i don't know to what extent, but i do think it will be very beneficial for you guys City. I love Philly for the most part, but the rate of violence there saddens me.....

I'm a PA resident and both Clinton and Obama have been making plenty of apperances in this state. I think its important to stress to today's youth the importance of voting. Although,I might have chosen other people to do the job, I'm not mad at it. I find it appaling that many adults do not vote, and then are the first people to complain about everything.

I don't know if the world is ready for a black president but a change is something that this country needs now.

I have my own business and if I ever get to a billion dollars, I don't feel obligated to give my hard earned money back to people that didn't help me to earn it. The folly in this hate the rich mentality because you are poor is why the poor remains poor. The political system in America is controlled by wealth and voting does count, but not without monetary backing behind it.

There is nothing stopping poor people from pooling their resources and forming their own PACs (Political Action Committees) in America. If ten thousand poor people organized and pooled one dollar a day they could easily amass 2.4 million dollars a year to be spent on whatever cause that means the most to them. I know they have it, I see our people buying beers and cigarettes everyday, that is a dollar right there. Collectively even poor people in America are very wealthy, but seeing reality in this way requires a certain degree of intelligence and due diligence.

Instead of organizing and pooling their resources they want to complain and make excuses as to why they are dirty poor. The problem is that poor black people are too disorganized and complacent to change anything. I wasn't born rich either, I'm from SE DC. I never saw any millionaires in my immediate environment but I didn't whine like a bitch either. Blame the politicians like they give a fuck, blame the white man, blame the rich, blame everyone but yourself, they don't give a fuck.
