The charges stem from multiple events taking place between March 15 and April 9, 2007, when Numskull was originally arrested.

The documents seem to indicate that the victim, identified as his “cohabitant,” reported the other previous instances of domestic violence at that time.

so she filed a complaint 6-8 weeks after the "fact" . Probaly a bad break up.
